1. Our Guarantee
At Zivenne, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Free from signs of use, damage, or alteration
- Returned in its original packaging where possible
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn or washed.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@zivenne.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- A photo of the item if it arrived damaged or defective
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@zivenne.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@zivenne.com. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and cover all associated shipping costs.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@zivenne.com and we will investigate.
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or colour, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
9. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
